Well.....it looks like they can score

Now before anyone (Falconboy) goes ballistic here, take a look at the playing time for the starting five and it is my belief that they did not try to run up the score. Also, the starting five only scored 37 points.

What would we want Miller and staff to do if our we only played our starters for 10-14 minutes of the first half? Tell the reserve players to shoot bricks? I'm not sure I want them doing that. Tell them to not play defense? I know I don;t want to tell them that.

That game says a lot more about Fisk than about Lipscomb. Lipscomb was 8-21 last year, but beat Fisk 93-35.
Lipscomb lost this year by 13 @ UT-Martin, and by 27 @ Arkansas.
Hopefully we can have another good game and start off 2-0. A good start is crucial this year with all the youngsters, which is why I really like the way the schedule is set up this year. "Easy" at the start, followed by a truly brutal stretch to test the team heading into MAC play.

How do we get this Fisk on the schedule?

True, but I bet Fisk's coach wouldn't make empty threats and promises about future matchups afterwards.Jacobs4Heisman wrote:We already play Toledo -- how many patsies do you want?TG1996 wrote:How do we get this Fisk on the schedule?

I believe Tennessee is on CST so hence the game is actually at 8pm for us. Fear not Tricky , all is well.Tricky_Falcon wrote:Did game time get pushed back? On Bgsufalcons nothing is playing on the feed and on WBGU they are playing folk music.
*Edit- Everywhere I looked it said game time is 7:05. Gametracker is saying an 8:00 tip off.
