I'm debating it. It's practically my backyard, but I have to work that afternoon. The 2pm tip might make it a close call.

Like TG said it is close by for me as well. I will be in PGH at the Steelers Jags game. I will definitely TIVO it. I plan on going to the games at Ball State and Miami.

BG beat IU last year, make it two in a row over IU.

BG - 81

IU - 69

I won't be able to make it but have the BTN on my Dish Network system...I will DEFINITELY be watching BG roll IU again...for the 3rd year in a row!

Two years ago, BG won 68-50 in Bloomington.
Last year, BG crushed IU 82-47 at AA.

This year? BG beats IU again...

Falcons 74, Hooisers 60.

TOGETHER WE ATTACK

Low scoring affair.......Tight 1st half, possible IU lead at the half, but the BG defense will clamp down after some halftime adjustments and go on one of their famed 6 plus minute stretches where their opponent can not get so much as a sniff of a made field goal. Clapper and Uhl come off the bench in the 2nd half to provide offensive spark. Goldsberry gets 3 more floor burns. Final score, BG 60 IU 47

With our other teams, I'd be worried about a potential hangover here. But with Curt Miller as the coach, no way. BG might struggle a bit early, but midway through the first half I think we go on a run and build the lead. IU might make some runs, but we win this one pretty comfortably.

Bowling Green 70
Indiana 57

"I told them that I was proud and that we did a lot of good things in the game. Also we needed to correct things that Notre Dame exploited..." - Curt Miller

That statement is about as impressive as it gets. You've got to know that in private, he was jumping for joy and practically in tears about how well the girls played....but what he relays to the team immediately following the game is....we need to be better, and we CAN be better.

Hangover? I agree with bgsufalcon24.....not under Curt Miller's watch.

Coach Miller really knows how to get to the team and get his point across...and it seems the young players have TOTALLY bought into his staff's philosophy. You simply cannot argue with the results.

I will say this now...Miller will win a national title...at BG or somewhere else. I think he is the best young coach in the game today. Heck, young or old, he's one of the best and we are truly blessed to have him here.

Keep up the great work, Falcons!!! RIP IU

I hate to say something like this because it could come across as being slightly disrespectful to the amazing group that we had the pleasure of watching the last 4 years....but I seriously think that this group of Freshmen will get to a Sweet 16 faster than the previous super class did and I think they will see a Final 4 by the time they are Seniors....and a pretty big part of me believes that Miller will be right here leading them to these heights.

I see no disrespect in what you said, because without the sucess of last years senior class, we don't have this years freshmen class, and you can't say what you said about where this freshmen class can go. If what you say happens, and this freshmen class makes a Final Four, they will get the most credit, but some credit will still be given to last year's senior class.

I don't that should be thought of as a slam tot the Super Senior's at all. I'm with you, this class most certainly has a great chance of getting to a Sweet Sixteen fast than last years seniors and possibly to a Final Four. Next year we absolutely look sick with McCoy becoming eligible, everyone back but Kate and Whit and Geise and Slagle coming in.

Therein lies the problem though Falconboy, Kate is going to be a huge loss. Hopefully we'll have somebody who can play PG well in her absence, because without her, this year's team wouldn't be very good IMO.
