What's the lettering underneath the handgun stand for? Call Scooter and tell him its on for staying under 36 vs. BG?

We have a young Israeli who just started where I work. I asked for a translation- he states the lettering says:
"Go ahead, punk, take my credit card-it'll be the last X-box you ever steal!"
I can't vouch for the accuracy of this because another guy says it reads
"Go ahead punk, break into my apartment-this thing on my jersey is the genuine article, not some little BB gun and you won't be playing any defensive line much less be studying the betting lines anytime soon."
That seems like a lot for as few letters as there are on the jersey so I'm going with number one.

If I were an Israeli basketball player I would have a gun on my jersey, too. I'd probably carry one, as well!

Early reports from incredibly biased but frequently accurate UT posters is that she's pretty quick and dishes VERY well. If she can provide a little scoring that would be great too. And if she ends up shooting somebody, well, don't say you weren't warned.
