Did some digging up! As of last week L.P. was 3rd in the nation for FT shooting percentage. Well I took the top 3 Ft shooters and added up what the news percentage would be.
FT% - Through Sunday, January 11
RK NAME TEAM CL HT POS G FT FTA FT%
1. Jordan Sykes Fairleigh Dickinson Jr. 5-9 G 13 33 35 94.3
2. Katrina Swingler Southern Ill. So. 6-0 F 12 30 32 93.8
3. Lauren Prochaska Bowling Green So. 5-11 G 15 48 52 92.3
Lauren Prochaska is now leading the nation in FT percentage. Through this afternoon's games, as Fairleigh Dickinson had a game here are the up-to-date statistics.
1. Lauren Prochaska 69 74 93.2%
2. Katrina Swingler 33 36 91.7%
3. Jordan Sykes 43 47 91.5%
ONCE AGAIN, AMAZING

I'm pretty the team as a whole has only missed 2 free throws in each of the last 2 games. (4 total).

I heard that there was an article on Lauren in the Dispatch. Haven't seen it yet. If anyone finds it, perhaps they can post a link to it here.

Unfortunately, there are other teams in the NCAA besides us and Farleigh Dickinson
Lauren is in fourth at 93.2% as of 11/18.

You can take Sykes and Robinson off as they played games on Sunday and Monday that were not counted in those stats. They missed FTs that would have lowered their FT%, but the girl from Northern is now on the list. Don't think she had enough to qualify last week. Regardless, 93.2 is just amazing.

Not sure what I was thinking when I wrote my post. Of the Top 50 leading Free Throw Percentage teams (not ranked teams, but teams with the best FT%), we have attempted the most. I should have caughty myself before I even posted it.

No problem...we've all been there
Anyway, the fox site seems to update their stats on a daily basis so maybe we found a better source in all this

Lauren attempted and made 6 FTs today, moving her up to .940. Jessie Wilcox at Northern did not have an attempt today, keeping her at .939
Lauren now leads the nation in FT percentage!
BIG GAME NEXT SATURDAY!!! 5-1 Northern Illinois Vs 6-0 BG. BG MEN play @ 4pm. May just make the 5 hour drive up I65 to Chicago and head West to catch both games!

Incredible shooting from an incredible player. ONLY a Sophomore.

She is also among the national leaders for FG % and 3Pt %.
Way to go, LP.
Wilcox falls out anyway

Wilcox's 46-49 drops her out since she needs 47.5 made free throws to go with her .939
