Women's Bracketbuster?

Post by Rollo83 »

If it works for the men, can'r we have a bracketbuster weekend for the women as well?

We'd get a much better idea of where our team stands if we had a mid-February game against say Montana (Big Sky), Wisconsin Green Bay (Horizon), Marist (Metro Alantic), Samford (Southern), Gonzaga (West Coast) or Middle Tennessee St. (Sun Belt).

This would settle some of our RPI and SOS issues and help the selection committee sort through the mid-major candidates.

It probably comes ddown to money and the women's games wouldn't generate TV dollars and the travel costs would be ssignificant.

Maybe I answered my own question?

Closets are for hangers, winners use the door."

And the award for the most rhetorical post of the year goes to.........
"Fault finding is like window washing. All the dirt seems to be on the other side."

"When life hands you paper jams, make paper footballs."

But it's still a good idea.
