TOLEDO WOMEN AT CENTRAL MICHIGAN TONITE
TOLEDO WOMEN AT CENTRAL MICHIGAN TONITE
Just because I get a thrill every time Rockets lose their power, I have to share: Toledo Women LOSE at Central Michigan, 80-70 - which puts them TWO games back of Ball State in the West!

It was a great game. Close right up until the end.....NOTE: The Rockettes don't do well with full court pressure. The threw the ball away ALOT tonight.
As a BG fan first, and a CMU fan second, it was a VERY VERY sweet victory. Sharing it with my 10 year old daughter....priceless.

Re: Chips
Hail to the Chippewa is one of CMU's fight songs, their equivalent to what Ay-Ziggy-Zoomba is for us. Their main fight song is the Fighting Chippewa. I do find it funny though, and you bring up the point, that they never say "let's go chips", its always "fire up chips".HoopsFan wrote:I believe the phrase is GO, FIRE UP CHIPS!

Well, to each their own. Hopefully any UT fans that traveled were subjected to CMU's raunchy fans too.
