Coach Roos just said IU had a big party the night of the NCAA selection show and were stunned when they didn't make it...she said IU will come in with a major attitude.

Hoping the game will be on Sat so I can make it. If I can't, it's great for BG to get another home game and there's always the internet...when it's working.

This will be the third meeting with IU in the last 3 seasons....with their win over Dayton today, IU is now 20-10...certainly no slouch of a team.

Well Freak, considering the Womens Nit website says third round games are March 25-27 it will either be Wed Thurs or Fri. Sorry

It will actually be the fourth consecutive season we've played Indiana. It began with us playing in their Thanksgiving tournament in 2005. We've won convincingly twice, with an 8 pt. loss at IU last season.

12/16/07 lost 75-67 @ IU
12/6/06 won 82-47 @ BGSU
11/25/05 won 68-50 @ IU

Since I'm scheduled to be at BG on Thurs. and Fri. for the leadership/volunteer conference, I'd obviously prefer the Thurs. date...who knows, I might even go up on Wed., and stay TWO nites if that's the way it works out.

On the way out of AA I overheard a few people say it's Thursday night. That works as I'm going to the volunteer leaders conference and will already be here.

According to the bracket on www.womensnit.com BG will host Indiana on Thursday at 7 p.m. Should be an interesting game considering we've played Indiana so much lately. Real nice to get them in AA for a second time in three years. We played almost perfect against them they last time they were in town.

I'm pretty sure IU won't be the only team with an attitude.

GREAT news. I will be off that day and able to make the game. I had to miss today's because I had to be in at 4 and knew it would be too close with the end of the game in order to make it in on time. Was able to listen on the radio, but I really wished I was there.
