Congrats Falcons! Just unbelievable.

There are first graders that weren't even born the last time BG wasn't MAC champions.

With three and a half of the starters carrying injuries, poor shooting, and scrappy play.. the women fight through and take care of business. Very proud to be a fan of this program... not only 6th straight, but in proper fashion representing everything you want in a program, from the coaches to the players to the fans to the players GPA, it is much deserved. Congrats ladies!

Need to refresh, take a deep breath and get ready to win the 3 straight games. Never easy, but this team deserves an appearance in the NCAA tourney. Can't wait til Wednesday.

That's hilarious TG. I got a kick out of that.

Even if you need an asterisk by it because we didn't win the tourney the last two years. Hopefully our ladies will fix that this time around.

Almost as amazing for this program is the amount of academic success they've had as well as athletic, they are always near the top flight of our athletic programs and near the top of all student organizations in GPA. That's perhaps the biggest accomplishment of all. It'd be great if our men's team could replicate that kind of academic track record.

This amazing feat of six in a row cannot be overstated. (And how nice to have Coach Dambrot sing praises to Coach Miller and program at his recent press conference!) Our pre-MAC schedule this year was unmatched in the past six seasons - not only in quality of opponents but also for percentage of away games; FOUR of our six losses (all away games) were by five points or less too. We beat a then-ranked Vanderbilt at their place, and even with the grueling MAC season and the PRESSURE..........always, always the PRESSURE - - this team and coaching staff steps up time and time and time and time again.

It's now TIME for an NCAA appearance! Since there are only three out of 15 current players who have experienced a NCAA tournament during the past three years, it's TIME to see another year added to the MAC Tournament Championship banner in Anderson!

GO FALCONS!! CLINCH IN CLEVELAND!!

It certainly is an amazing feat. The respect shown to Coach Miller and staff by the Akron coach is nice to see...I would think it would mean a great deal to them, as only another coach would truly understand what an accomplishment this is.

Congratulations Falcons!!
