Akron beats EMU by 26. WOW. Impressive. J.K. has her team playing well coming off her coach of the year award. Just last week EMU beat UT. Our game on Friday is going to be another war. Should be a nice crowd with UT and BG bringing huge crowds and Akron and Kent only 30 min away.

I am so happy for Jodi. I got to know her while she was at Corpus Christi. She is a very good coach. I am going to miss talking to her and Curt at the final four this year. It's the closest final four this year to me, and I can't go. She has the players that finally buy into her system. The game on Friday will be a very tough game for BG. It was good for us that our starters didn't have to play a lot of minutes tonight. That will be help Friday.

Did not see EMU getting waxed like that. Akron should be tougher test than Miami, so hopefully the rest the starters got Wed helps out big time here. Now its a question of who's got a deep bench and who's bench plays the best as fatigue comes into play a little bit.

Listened to the Akron/EMU game on 1350 AM outta Akron. The Zips played extremely well and this will be a war. I don't know if I can make the game working 3rd shift but I'm gonna try like hell.
