It's semifinal time

Coming into the year, I'd have been stunned if BG wasn't playing today. The Falcons certainly didn't disappoint. They've been awesome ever since they left for Central America last summer. Today, I think that they'll win convincingly over Akron.... maybe even over UT!

You write here that Kent State will be playing a virtual home game against Toledo this afternoon. I tend to agree with that, but there are many on this message board who seem to think that Toledo's fans travel as well as we do, which might mean more UT fans in the seats than KSU fans. It'll be interesting to see the attendance breakdown for this one.
Again, for us, no excuses. We're up against a team we've beaten twice in the regular season by double digits. Go Falcons, let's get it done!

I was gonna make the trip up to the Q but I work 3rd shift and am pretty tired. Both games are on FSO today so I just gotta hope BG comes thru. Tomorrow is a different story as I'll have time to sleep after getting home...

Well if we do win, we will be playing turdledo in the finals. They beat Kent in a nailbiter 51-49. Good luck ladies!!!

Fox Sports Ohio for the Semi-final? I didn't know that. I'll have to find a sports bar quick.

Went to the Jeds in Findlay and they couldn't get it for some reason, although they were able to show the Mtn West Conference Tourney which was nice.
