She's killing the FT % record. The MAC lists it as .850. Lauren came into this year at .904 and is shooting .922 coming into today.

Congrats Lauren!

^^THIS!!

Major congratulations to Prochaska. Although I'm rarely in BG to see games anymore, it was an absolute pleasure watching her play for the brown and orange through much of her career, the way she just sized up opponents on both ends of the floor and made life miserable for opposing teams trying to match up with her. And the free throws, aside from maybe Mark Price, she's the best player, male or female, I've ever seen at making them.

Congrats Lauren,
I had a chance to talk with this young LADY after her 52pt performance (last year I think-Time flies)... told her I'd seen Jimmy Darrow's TWO 52 pt. outings "back in the day"...I'm sure she didn't know who Darrow was, but was very gracious and thanked ME for congratulating her... Don't know if you listened to her news conference but she was asked about the post up play that eventually resulted in the record bucket...she admitted the play had been called for Chrissy Stephen and she didn't hear it... got "hassled"/kidded when got back to the bench...
My point in all this is that I don't think I've ever seen a cooler, more collected player, men's or women's...if you look at the video after she scores the record points...she walks back to the bench, sits down...shows little or now emotion... What an impressive young lady .... Proud that she's a Falcon!!!!!!

To quote myself and do some late night math... Lauren is now at 90.8% from the line for her career. The NCAA D1 record is listed as 91.6% and Lauren has attempted 130+ more FTs than the record holder. That said, just 69 of 70 down the stretch would give her the record. :-D

Jackie, you're an amazing player, but Lauren is the greatest scorer of all time.

I have been to over 90 percent of all BG women's games over the last four year but I don't remember Lauren ever scoring 52 points in a game. Too tired to look it up but I believe her career high was 43. Unless you meant Jackie?

GM, Trust me...she got 52...either last year or year before...honestly can't recall specific game, except for the fact that we were there and I did get a chance to congratulate and talk with her briefly.

Uh, trust ME, but not my Memory....Lauren got FORTY-THREE against CMU last year...and my "memory" was that of congratulating her OK, but along the lines that I'd seen J.Darrow score 52 (twice- while I was in school) and now I had a chance to witness the women's all time single game record too... guess the 52 stuck in my head too much.... sorry about that.

I remember Michael Reghi always fawning over Jackie when he was on channel 13. Can't say I blame him at the time.
