Bobcats

Post by Rollo83 »

Its OU up first. They beat NIU tonight 72-56.

BG beat them twice this year...

66-54 at OU
77-63 at BG

Go BG!

Works for me. OU plays a more up tempo game. I didn't want to play a defensive battle tested game. OU has a long 8 hour drive back tomorrow from Dekalb and then a short turn around before a noon tip on Wednesday

Ouch. That's the price you pay for not winning games during the conference season.

I should point out that these girls knocked us out in the 2008 semifinals when we were the top seed, so we can't go to sleep on the bobkitties. Go BG!

Tough to beat the same team 3X in one season but our Falcons can, and will, do it.

TOGETHER WE ATTACK!!

Interesting sentiment from a dude who has shouted over and over that the regular season means absolutely nothing.

I still think for this program, regardless of matchups, not winning the tourney would be a disappointment. If you want to get the opportunity to keep making strides as a program, you have to make the dance.

Interestingly, Ohio is the only team to hold a series advantage over the Falcons in MAC Tournament meetings. The Bobcats are 3-2 against BG in league tourney matchups. Ohio has won the last two tourney games vs. BG, including a 68-66, double-overtime decision three years ago in the teams' lone prior meeting at Quicken Loans Arena.
