I looked at the web address for the picture, and it's listed as an email attachment. You need to link to a picture on the internet, not saved on your computer or loaded in your email. You could see the picture because your computer has a cookie for the file. If you can find the picture on the internet, or save it on the internet somewhere, you can then post the picture.
