Last Evening Wife and I were walking thru Lot 10 (Toledo Tailgating area) at the University of Toledo toward the Football stadium when noticed Jessica was wearing a Toledo Women's basketball shirt. We stopped and talked with Her. In our conversation with Her She mentioned that she will be the Graduated Assistant for the Toledo Women's Basketball team. Go figure.

Well, if it's Jessica Slaggle, that's fine - I don't know who that is.
If it's Jessica Slagle, I hate to see her go there...

I really thought Jess had higher goals for furthering her education!

She is going in business administration and as much as I hate to admit it, UT's Business School is one of the best in the country. You do what you have to do to further your education. As to the basketball, why not? It is another good basketball situation. She needs to decide if she wants to coach. The more information one has the better decision one will make. She has told me it was a little hard to put those colors on, but she will do it. Let's wish Jess well in her new endeavor/adventure.

This about her future...no big deal to me. I see Stan Joplin wearing BG shirts every Saturday. Jess was a blast to watch at BG. Should be interesting to see her at the BG-UT game this winter at the Stroh Center.

I just looked for about 30 minutes and I couldn't find UT business school ranked in ANY rating list of the many listed on Google, but I did find The BGSU MBA program ranked in several categories and as high as 4th in business psychology, which would seem to be a great degree if you were considering coaching!. Curious where you found your information. Was it the UT website?
Maybe they offered more money......that makes sense!

You what Factman, I don't really care where the UT Business School is ranked. This is what Jess told me herself. It is her decision and she made it. So what if it is UT. The rivalry goes too far in my opinion sometimes. On the field I want to beat UT but the silliness that sometimes accompanies the rivalry on both sides is over the top. All in all, they are games on a field and a court.

This was Jess' decision. She has her reasons & doesn't need to explain to anyone. There are other cases of people with degrees from both places & people leaving BG, coming back with other teams or coaching at others schools & we've lost track of them.

I completely agree that Jess has to do what she feels is best for her. What I was disputing is that YOU said, "I hate to admit it, but the UT business school, is one of the best in the nation", which is simply not true.
