UMass game to be played on Thursday December 19 at 2 PM. Anyone who cannot use their tickets may exchange them for another game later in the season.

That is as bad as a Tuesday night football game! About the only thing worse, would be NOT playing it.

Looking at UMass' schedule they have a Saturday home game at 1pm, I'm guessing they wanted to get back to Massachusetts ASAP and BG complied with the earlier start time.

And don't forget that there is an event in the Stroh Center on Friday evening. So I am guessing the sooner they can tear down the basketball equipment and prepare for the Friday night event, the better.
