THE LATEST PROTECTION!!! SWEETNESS
THE LATEST PROTECTION!!! SWEETNESS
The most recent bracket projection has BG now a #10 seed playing #7 Dayton in Toledo!!! Sweetness!!!! A win and BG plays an SEC school just like our Sweet 16 run. If we play in Toledo we will definitely have the crowd behind us.

I don't know....I could see Toledo pulling some sort of chicanery to screw us over...

It's about time Crème moved Rutgers out of the field. They have a decent record, but didn't have any wins better than Georgia at RPI 39, and lost to a 300+ RPI team. There's no way they should be in the field.
I'm also scratching my head as to how Florida is in there...they are the last team in right now. They've got 12 losses, including 2 against RPI 100+ teams and one against an RPI 200+ team. Not only that, but they didn't have a winning record in conference.
The bubble got a little tighter over the weekend, as U$C beat Stanford en route to winning the Pac-12 conference title. That stole a bid from somebody. Fordham's victory over Dayton in the Atlantic 10 final likely stole a bid too, although Fordham is ranked 50th in RPI and was 23-7 going into that game with some good wins, so they might've gotten in on their own merit. We'll see if there are more surprises as we go through the week.
