Win at Western

Post by Jacobs4Heisman »

The ladies come away with a hard fought victory 80-67 in Kalamazoo. Mann was in foul trouble the whole second half but Liz and Kelly picked up the slack. Western should be a much better team but with all their injury troubles, they competed well. Good win for the Falcons. There's no such thing as a bad road win in the MAC.

Great win for sure! I was a little suprised to hear that Western wasn't cycling players in and out. You can't keep your starting five in against this Falcons team. They'll run em' up and down the court just like they did today, and it wore Western out.

Nice to see Kelly and Karin get some PT today, too!

Coast-to-Coast

Post by patrickbg »

Kelly Kapferer went coast-to-coast after a steal, got a couple solid boards, some putbacks and two 3 pointers to score 11 points on 18 minutes. How's that for a bench effort falconboy? It was obvious that once MAC play started we would see a more solid committment to play time for Kapferer.

Congratulations Falcons! Solid Win! 2-0 MAC!!!!

Ah this is really going well for the women! What a great road win. WMU doesn't seem to be the same team they were last year but BG took care of biz. Falcons are now 9-4, have won SIX straight and are 2-0 in the MAC...and those are 2 wins on the road! :D

Damn do I wish I could be there Wed night for EMU! This is gonna be a great contest. I'll be listening over the web and here's to a 3-0 MAC start!

WAY TO GO BGSU!! BEAT EMU!!!!

BTW, anyone planning any road trips to the 1/26 Kent game and 2/12 Akron game? We'll be there! Looks like my only chance to see the women at AA is the 2/26 home finale vs the hated rockettes! Not enough Saturday games this year at AA! :x Also, 2/5 Ohio U game at BG will be on Fox Sports Ohio.

GO FALCONS!!!

I'm working on it and you can be as well. Start sending the people to me.

I'll try....

Post by Falconboy »

I just don't know any students like you do. My two best friends I'm still trying to get to come to more games. My one friend used to be a student at BG before he transfered to Owens and so he can't get in free anymore.

Sure he can! Just scan in the semesters sticker from your student ID, move some letters around, and print it off. Not like I've done this before or anything though...
