I will give the Falcons credit for playing hard and winning this game going away. The seniors, Myers and Puk, did a fine job in their last game at the Stroh. Also, congtrats to Rion Thompson for her key play off the bench. It appears she plays better off the bench than when she's a starter. I was especially glad that Roos saw fit to give Myers the minutes she deserved........and look what happened.......thirteen points! Granted, we played against a team that looked worse than most teams' third string, but we needed a shot in the arm where confidence is concerned. We still made our share of stupid fundamental mistakes, and Santoro was still insistant on not sharing the ball with her teamates. I really believe that if Lambert and Santoro would concentrate on their assists, their own points would come much easier. Teamwork and unselfish play is always good for the team. Nevertheless, congrats to the Falcons for ending that long losing skid and winning for the seniors!
