I am currently over in Wales but hoping the Luck of the Irish gives our Falcons some luck.

After 1st quarter, 19-18.

I counted 23 Falcon fans behind the bench. More than likely parents of the players.

I’ve been listening on the radio at work. Sounds like Cecil and Sanford are on the mark tonight. It’s been a bad season but I’d love to see the seniors make it to Cleveland.

Stupid stupid stupid Roos. Was a 2 pt game, 50-48 and Cecil picked up her third foul with four minutes remaining in the third quarter. Roos immediately yanks her. Cecil was furious as she came off the court. Over the last four minutes of the quarter WMU went on a 12-2 run and now up by 12.

This is the Mac tournament Jennifer Roos! Let me repeat that for you Jennifer, the Mac tournament. You leave in sea salt until she falls out. Or take her out when she commits her fourth foul. Your stupidity probably cost us the game!!!

And another train wreck of a season is over. This was a close game. This was a two-point game until Jennifer Roos decides to make stupid decisions!!!

31 more games of this mess.

What was final score? Did watch last part of men's game. No BG presence in CLE again this year. I think this hurts overall recruiting for BG, not just athletically, but overall too.

Our 4th straight losing season....it isn't working.

Final was 85-71. Tied at 40 at the half and couldn't put 4 quarters together.....again.

Roos lost this when she took out the only scorer, Cecil. Was a 2pt game at the time.

Our offense was descent. It was the defense. We cannot defend. Cecil does not play a lick of defense. Nor does the whole team. Saying goes defense wins championships.

Season is over. Let’s hope we see some headline news tomorrow.

Is it me...or have we sucked since Ali Mann left?

We have sucked after the 2nd to last class of Curt Miller's recruits. We went 30-5 in her second year which was the second of the last year of Miller's recruits, and then the following year which was mostly her recruits and her teaching philosophy we went 9-21 and only won 2 conference games

We started the season with a 7-1 record. After that, we went 4-18. Highly pathetic!!! I agree that we have no defense. We cannot stop the opposition from getting open layups and open threes. We are so slow defensively that we cannot react quickly enough to our opponents’ passes. If an opponent dribbles past us, we cannot keep up, and we commit fouls. That is due to poor coaching. You cannot win if you cannot get stops. Carly Santoro did some good things offensively, but she also had more than her share of turnovers and bricks thrown off the glass. WMU made about 95% of their inside shots, while BGSU made about 35% of their inside shots. We have struggled the last four years to finish our layups and inside shots. Many times it’s because we don’t aggressively attack the basket, but passively throw it up at the basket, many times without even looking at the rim! Missing easy shots and playing no defense is a sure recipe for losing the game! Again, it’s all from poor coaching. We need a coaching staff that excels in player development and coaching sound fundamentals! Still hoping for change!
