Much has been mentioned as to Jennifer Roos’ salary. According to Moose, Fralick’s salary of 231K is MORE than what Roos got, but whole budget for the new staff is about 66K more than old staff.

That would be the base salary. Be curious to see what bonuses and incentives Roos also made. I know with her winning a MAC Championship she got an added yearly bonus. I think her salary waa $225k when she signed the extension but her yearly bonuses, weekly radio show, NIT bonus is not included. There was a story in Cleveland Dealer or Columbus dispatch in 2016 listing Roos #33 In State of Ohio with Salary, including bonuses of $269k. On top of that she had a monthly allowance for house and car and food. Curious to see what spending allowances BG giving to Fralick.

There must be some incentives, because as Moose pointed out, he'd bring a wheelbarrow full of money if she makes the NCAA's.

I hope he's right.

Article on Ashland (mostly) hiring new coach. Frakick was getting 80k at Ashland, BG salary again listed as 231k. This is in Sunday PD. As I said focused on Ashland with several small mentions of BG. ( and not very complimentary)

Perhaps Terry Pluto does not fully appreciate the tradition we have here.

Anyway, his piece offers a lot of good detail about why Fralick chose Bowling Green over nine or ten other inquiries.
