It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

So how many are now in line to join Falcon ladies for next year? I want to check out current roster to see who should be coming back. But guessing this will be a first for us bringing someone from Australia into the program.

The last point guard to join a MAC school from Australia did really well. Remember the name Stephanie Reid from Buffalo.

Just checked out roster, 12 of 15 on current roster are underclassmen (women.?), so there’s room to replace 3 graduating seniors assuming no other changes. Currently SIX players 6’0” or taller.

About 3 players per class (with a couple at 4) is perfect roster management. You never want to get in the position where you've got 5 or more in a class...that creates too much turnover.
As things are now, the sophomore class is big. It makes up one-third of this roster, with five players. I'm guessing we may have some attrition that reduces that by a player or two, and eventually we'll see the classes more even. I'm not advocating anyone transfer -- but it just seems to be the nature of things these days that players move a lot more than they used to. Especially if they graduate as juniors and can go anywhere as seniors and play right away.
