Curt Miller in the WNBA Finals
Curt has done another great job with the Connecticut Sun, leading them to the WNBA Finals over the LA Sparks. We were really lucky to have a guy with his talent leading the team for as long as he did. Good luck in the next round!

Coach Miller did a phenomenal
Job while he was here. It is not a shock that he has gone on to continued success. Look at the Heights we achieved under his tutelage!

Urban Meyer was a fantastic coach...ethically flawed perhaps...but a fantastic coach. Curt was/is better. Curt Miller is the GOAT at BGSU...at least during my 40+ year association wit the University

I would have to put Doyt Perry and Harold Anderson ahead of him, but that Top 5 is pretty darn good!

Re: Curt Miller in the WNBA Finals
I won't say that about Meyer. He got way too lax in his recruiting while at Florida (which he did not do at OSU), and he certainly had a blind spot when it came to trying to help/be loyal to friends. But I have never seen him as any more "ethically flawed" than anyone else, including those of us on this site. It's real easy to sit back and judge someone without having walked in their shoes. We do it too much in this country (this isn't a criticism of you; I'm speaking generally.)Flipper wrote:Urban Meyer was a fantastic coach...ethically flawed perhaps...but a fantastic coach. I don't want to besmirch a thread that pays tribute to a man who is every bit as solid a citizen as he is a coach with a discussion of Urbie's flaws....
