45-28 at half. Brett and Hampton leading the way. Day has been pretty quiet. No Lexi Fleming it looks like. Hope she’s doing okay.

Not playing. She may be injured. The WBGU announcer said she was out, but not why.

Looking dominant even on a bad shooting night. This is impressive.

Tate having a dominant second half. Well on our way to 21-2. Incredible.

Tate gets 6 steals. She needs about 32 more to be the all-time leader in steals!
Oops, let's do that again. Nyla HAMPTON had the steals. Inching closer to the top.

Amazing work and win by the team. While I know this team is phenomenal I was still a little surprised to hear that this record was better than any under Miller. Fantastic record for all the hard work they’ve put in this year.

I saw a defensive possession by Tate that simply blew my mind.

WE missed a shot, they rebounded. Tate stuck around to slow them down and be annoying. Somehow getting a finger on the ball and disrupting things. Then chasing after it. So another OU player comes in and helps. Then another. Then another. In the end, she was defending 1 v 4 in the backcourt AND GOT THE STEAL. They simply could not keep her from getting a hand on it again and again and eventually she got BOTH hands on it and got the steal.

More effort and determination and skill on defense in that one possession than i have seen in entire games from the guy's team.

It definitely was an amazing win.

Where did you hear this stat? Not digging you for bringing it to the table, but the 2013-2014 team was 27-3 in the regular season. The 2010-2011 team was 25-4. 2009-2010 was 24-6. 08-09 was 26-3.

So I don’t know if 21-2 qualifies for being better than those records yet. But I suppose winning out would put them at the forefront of that conversation.

They said it during the broadcast, apparently it’s the best “start” to the season. I don’t know if I’d say this team is better than some of those, Pontius and Prochaska were a fantastic combo.
