BG at the Stroh today for a 5pm, nationally televised game that will go a long way towards determining the top seed in the MAC Tourney. Assuming Tate is still out, and BG has seemed exhausted in their last few games, so hopefully a good home crowd can give them some energy to compete with one of the top teams in the league.

Big, big game. If they can win this one and avenge the earlier loss to Ball State, Saturday's game at UT will be for the MAC regular season championship and the #1 seed in Cleveland. Otherwise, I think we'll be locked into the 3.

Great crowd for a 5pm weekday! The bribes for the students seemed to work. Not playing very well in the second after a dominant first. Gotta keep the offense going because the defense isn't really getting it done.

Massive win in OT, 81-76!

BG clinches a top 2 seed, and the Battle of I-75 on Saturday will determine the MAC regular season champion and #1 seed in the MAC tournament.

Glad they could pull this one out.

But it's a shame they couldn't defend their home court against two teams they absolutely should have beaten (NIU and Buffalo). They would have clinched tonight. Short of absolute dominance, the MAC has always been about defending your home court and stealing some wins on the road. Always. Let's hope BG can steal a really, really big one against the rockettes on Saturday.

Just a gutsy win tonight. Got some luck with Ball State shooting an abysmal 11-25 from the line, but made the plays when it counted and REALLY clamped down on D after falling behind by 5 in OT. Just an outstanding atmosphere in the Stroh tonight.

Just awesome.....what a win. Yeah the losses to NIU and UB really hurt but they both shot 60%+ against us. Tough to win when teams are shooting that well.
