Jamirah Shutes case

Not sure how this would impact the case against given the evidence beyond any statement admitting guilt she might have made immediately after the fact

They're just doing everything they can to get the case tossed. There's no real defense for what happened, so they're looking for that technicality. Wonder if she has a prior record. Should've been able to catch a simply "no contest" plea deal and it would've went away with just probation at most.

She plead no contest to an assault charge...fined $400 and placed on probation
