I was going over the box score and the quotes on bgsufalcons.com and realized we didn't make a 3-pointer the whole game!!! 0-13 from the arc!!!! I really can't believe this since we are a big 3-point team.

"We talked about it, late (in the game) in one of the timeouts. I knew it was somewhere near 200 games in a row that we had made at least one three. I told the kids that they were defending us, but we're getting open looks, and you've got to step up and make open looks. With the amount of open looks that Carin (Horne) and Liz had, combined with how well they consistently shoot, I'd be hard-pressed to believe that not one of those would go in. But, we survived that. We shot over 50 percent from the field from inside the arc. We stayed aggressive, we were driving to the basket and we were getting to the foul line. If you make some three's, maybe you can blow the game open a little bit. But, that's to Akron's credit, they defend the arc very well, and nothing changed with that today."
We didn't make a 3!!
