BG fell to Pittsburgh today, 2-0 and finished 1-1 in the weekend action. Pittsburgh also finished 1-1, Duquesnse 0-2 and Eastern Michigan finished 2-0 with wins over Pitt and Duquense.

The Falcons complete a three-match, season-opening homestand Friday (Sept. 3), hosting Michigan State in a contest scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m.

We had 3 girls named to the All-Tourney Team too! Britt Anderson, Kristy Coppes and Tiernay Tilford. 1-1 is not a bad start and just knowing we have someone who can score 6 goals in a game is awesome! The NCAA record for goals in a game is 7.

Six goals in one game is very impressive!!! Thats more goals then some players get in a season.

What is the chance that Kristy is the best women's soccer player ever here at BG? I'm not too knowledgable about our women's history but she has to rank up there.

Kristy is probably one of the best ever, if not the best. She is the career scoring leader.
