Falcons Close Home Schedule This Friday

This Friday night will be the final opportunity for fans to come out and see the BGSU gymnastics squad, as they play host to Southeast Missouri State and Wisconsin Oshkosh in their final home meet of the 2005 season. The meet is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. inside the Eppler Center.
FALCONS LOOK TO CONTINUE WIN STREAK
The Bowling Green State University gymnastics team will be looking for their third and fourth consecutive victories this Friday night, as they host Southeast Missouri State and Wisconsin Oshkosh. The Falcons are coming off victories over Northern Illinois (192.075-191.325) and Western Michigan (193.625-191.800).
A LOOK AT THE OPPONENTS
Southeast Missouri State is coming off a third-place finish in a tri-meet, posting a score of 192.250, falling to No. 8 BYU (196.125) and Texas Women's University (193.225). Despite the loss, the Redhawks did posted season-high scores on the floor (48.475) and vault (48.300).
The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh gymnastics team captured its third straight Gershon/McLellan Invitational last Friday night in Mitchell Hall. It is the Eagles sixth team title in the last seven seasons. UW-L finished with a score of 182.150 while Hamline University was second (179.025), Gustavus Adolphus College third (175.925), UW-Oshkosh fourth (173.150), UW-Stout fifth (169.800) and Winona State University sixth (147.400).

This is the final home meet of the season for the Brown and Orange. They will hit the road for the next three weekends versus Pittsburgh and Michigan State (Feb. 18), Cal State Fullerton and San Jose State (Mar. 6) and are at the All-Ohio Championships in Kent (Mar. 19) before heading to DeKalb, Illinois for the MAC Championships on March 25.
