Man don't throw us too far away from our home

You would think they would put us closer to our home if they wanted any fan travel at all.

I can't complain because I get to go for free with the band

But for everyone else, it sucks big time!!

You think they care about the #13 seeds fan base?

Kansas has got to travel too, so don't expect a big following there either.

the closest site was knoxville -- do you think any fans would go to knoxville but the parents? We should thank our lucky stars we don't have to play a virtual home game against a ranked team. This was the best matchup we could've hoped for. If you look at KSU's schedule, you'll notice they played barely any close games. They're either on or off. If we play our best and catch them on an off day an upset is possible. Liberty beat em by 20 earlier this year so I am very pleased with our matchup. This also means the game will probably be on late so I can watch it instead of listening on the radio at work. And that is awesome.

This is not a bad draw considering we could have drawn UCONN in Storrs. This is good for the neutral crowd.

I was planning on going if the game was in Knoxville, but then again it's only a 2 1/2 to 3 hr drive from Lexington.

It's a little easier for me to make it to Knoxville than most of you. I have to agree that our opponent could be much worse considering we received a #13 seed. This is a very winnable game for our women. KSU is beatable.

Anyone else find it ironic that the Lady Falcons have had to play teams with the initials KSU two games in a row? Hopefully we have the same result.

But can we hold the leading scorer to under 40 this time?

this'll be a good matchup but I agree with the rest of Falcon Nation, Seattle's just too freaking far.

Especially when you can't even go to games at BG...

Hey Mike,
Need any extra help with the band. I used up all my years of eligibilty, but I still know how to play trumpet, trombone and tuba. I could use a free trip if some memebers did not want to make the trip.
