First off, everybody who knows me understands that I really don't think all that much off Coach Miller. Having said that, I saw him make monstrous strides this year as a game coach. We all know he's done a fantastic job of recruiting the past couple years. But some decisions he made last year and early this year really left me wondering if he could take the talent and mold it into a winning team. That question has now been answered. He did a MUCH better job this year of game coaching and strategizing. He played more zone when he saw it was effective, didn't hesitate to start a true freshman at the point after realizing it was our best option, and began to diversify our offense later in the year. If he can keep up the recruiting, and keep improving as a game coach as he gets older, a bright and successful future is ahead for Falcon Women's Basketball. Congratulations to the ladies, especially the seniors, for a terrific year.
