BG defeats Tiffin in exhibition play...

Falcons win 3-1. Sophomore Tiernay Tilford opened the scoring, and freshman Kristin McDonald and soph Karie Sahly each found the back of the net before halftime. TU's Emily Goldsberry scored the lone goal for Tiffin in the second half.
The Falcons now prepare for this weekend's season-opening homestand. BGSU begins the regular season Friday (Aug. 26), hosting Oakland University in a 5:00 p.m. start at Cochrane Field. On Sunday (Aug. 28), the Brown and Orange will host Wright State University, in a match beginning @ 1pm.
