Actually the band isn't as big as it was in the mid-late 90's. They used to have to squeeze people in so tight some could only be seen behind the curtain from one side of the hall.

Ah, you were the one I was having the "discussion" with over the excessive number of flutes this year. I would have introduced myself if I had known who you were.

I have seen pictures of the FMB in the BGHS big gym. I don't know if that was from a concert or what, but the picture is buried away in the multimedia page here.

AWESOME concert! I loved getting to hear Bohemian Rhapsody one more time this year. Even though it was our show first... :)

Yeah, 2000 and 2001 were both in Anderson, and let me tell ya, the acoustics were HORRIBLE. That place isn't known as "The House that Roars" for nothing.

Also, don't forget that in '01 it was known as "Band-O-Rama." Yeah, for those of us who were in multiple bands, it was not exactly fun. Whatever, its over, Jeff

I have to agree with bgmaggot. Anderson Arena was the worst place for all 4 bands to meet. I was scared that the union would have the same crappy acoustics, but it was relatively alright. Also, I'd like to note that not only would the band be too big for kobacker, the amount of people that came to see Sounds of the Stadium were more than what kobacker even fits! I believe the hall can only fit 850 and I think more than 850 fans came to hear us play at the union and even then, we had absolutely no chairs left. I know it's asking much, but it'd be best if they could create a new hall. Granted, Kobacker is awesome and sometimes the amount of people that show up to events are less than what kobacker sits, but sometimes it'd be nice if we had a place that could seat more.
