and also...to go back to the teacher thing...

I once had a teacher who came into the office at the school and called my mom anti-semetic (sp) to one of the pricipals, but failed to realize that my mother just happened to be standing there at the time!!

And it all started because my mom (along with about 75 other parents) were concerned about the fact that only three staff members were on duty before 7:27 and the students were allowed into the building at 7:00....so there was a 400:1 student faculty ratio for about a half hour.....my mom complained, and in turn she was hating that particular teacher cause she was jewish! (even though her name and especially religious views were never even brought into the conversation...my mom didn't even know who she was!!!)

That went over like a fart in a wind storm....let me tell you!

Hey, if any of you remember the "Band Bus Safety Video" that we Maggots made for the '01 trip to Marshall, "THERE'S NO NCMO ON THE BAND BUS!"

hmm... so i'm still deciding on what to do about this game. should i go with alumni band or just as a fan? the only thing is, i'm not sure who all hasn't gotten tickets yet. if i went as a fan, i'd like to sit with some friends and stuff obviously. sooo... i guess i need to find that out. if anyone is still planning on going (as a fan) but hasn't gotten tickets yet, let me know!

I like the idea of allowing alums to sit with the band, but I also think that fans without instruments should sit with the other fans and support the band from there.

Unrelated, but related because it's Wisconsin... what do you all think will happen with a brand new QB starting this game?
