Good luck today!
We still marched over to the ice arena when we were in the baseball field.

I hated the baseball field show.

I still mourn the loss of the ice arena show. I still get goosebumps hearing the maggots and percs shouting "RIGHTUPINTHERE" from under the west stands. We would all start shouting and then stand on our chairs. Organized pandemonium ensued.

I had been hoping the band would be added to the "falcon walk" since the football team started doing this a few years back. When the fans line the walkway to greet the team the band will provide a great sound.

What are everyone's thoughts on how the first one went for the Buffalo game? I thought it was kind of odd that many people on the North side of the walk way actually turned their backs on the team walking by to watch and snap pictures of the band. It was cool, but I would hope that the fans of the band would cheer on the team as the fight song is being played , then turn around and watch the rest of the show.

What are y'all's thoughts on the new deal?

I thought the same thing. I would have liked to have seen the band closer to the sidewalk so that fans would have to stand on the south side. That would give a "tunnel" effect for the team to walk through. It just seemed very uncoordinated, but it was the first time. We will see how it goes for Kent. Overall I thought it was a great idea. Perhaps some small ensambles could be formed to go around to the various areas in the parking lots and play a couple of songs.

No. We were still trying to hold on to that tradition. The tradition finally went away when we moved to the Field House.
