Looks like a winner. I remember seeing MF in concert in '84 or '85. He was very gracious to us young brass players. He had one of the trumpet players from the host school play 3rd in his band. Man, that must have been some experience for the kid.

I have 3 vinyl albums of MF somewhere and I can't find them. Bummed, am I.

And yeah, I saw him probably around 7 or 8 times before he passed away. I chatted with him in his tour bus once, helped them load their equipment once, and have numerous autographs. I actually had plans to see him one last time but we lost him before I could.
