I saw that live and wondered what happened... In watching the video, it looked the tuba might be ok, but something certainly flew off the camera......

Looks to me like it was the cameraman's hat, but it's hard to tell

If I was the camera man I would stand in the same place...probably get up and beat the s**t out of the tuba player for running into my camera too. What does this have to do with BGSU Bands?

The part of the camera that fell off was the Hood. It's probably fine. Didn't see a dent in the Sousa in the slow mo either...I like how the dude TELLS the guy to watch out right before he does his bow. What a moron. He's fired.

I actually know that guy... sat next to him at All-State band back in the day...

that just keeps getting better everytime I watch it...plus it almost looks like he forced his tuba down harder than he probably had to just to wack the camera that much more.
