Am I a bad person?

I have been keeping something from you all for 2 years....

I am a member of the Cleveland State University pep band. I get $20 per game. I have no other affiliation other than being in the band. i could say it is just a job, but I have been seen wearing a CSU shirt in weaker moments.

My heart and soul lives in BG, but I get my basketball fix at CSU.

(BTW - the CSU band is incredible. lots of local area educators, outstanding musicians, great music!)

Ever see "Full Metal Jacket"? Remember the seen where the recruits are singing Happy B-Day to Jesus? I think it's kinda like that. Just so long as you you ALWAYS remain a Falcon at heart!!!

Eh, whatever. You're getting paid and you're having a great time as well. What's the harm? Well, other than the obvious of having to wear the color green. Yuck.


Hey, if any or all of you are interested my band is having their first concert this coming Sunday at 4pm.

Geauga Wind Ensemble. It's dubbed Music From Around The World. We're playing an assorted styled of music.
Also, we will have 3 composers who are going to be there to conduct their pieces. Dan Rager (2 pieces), Lenny Orcino (1 piece - actually, he's playing Bari for his song), and Gene Milford (3 pieces).

It's going to be a really good show.

Tickets are 8 bucks at the gate - 4 coin for students. Bring a friend and the whole famn damly!
