President Cartwright to (Re)retire next year

Per the BGNews, President Cartwright will step down as President when her contract is up on June of next year. Not that big of a suprise, but at least we got the heads up.

Any rumors as to who will be taking over as the President of the University? Whoever it is, I hope they have the same agenda that President Cartwright has been pushing. Things have started looking up for the University and whoever takes over needs to continue the current direction of the University.

Looks and see what he has done with enrollment, athletics and facilities in the past few years at Adrian and you will be sold too. He believes in using athletics as a marketing tool to help enrollment and the university image and is a TREMENDOUS fund raiser for facilities.

HE is the reason that they started a hockey program at Adrian!!! HE is the one who pushed for it, fund raised for their arena, and MADE IT HAPPEN!!! He's a great guy from what I hear!
