BGSU programs rank high on national charts
Two national publications have recognized BGSU in their recent rankings.
U.S. News and World Report's 2012 edition of the Best Graduate Schools ranked BGSU's Industrial/Organizational Psychology program fourth in the country, matching last year's rank. I-O Psychology explores the psychology of work. BGSU students benefit from study with faculty members who are active researchers, and gain applied experience through projects with area businesses contracted through the Institute for Psychological Research and Application.
For the second year in a row, BusinessWeek named the College of Business Administration one of the Top 50 Undergraduate Business Schools in the nation. The college came in at 95th overall, 47th among public institutions, and tied for 20th in terms of academic quality among public universities.
"We are extremely honored to receive this external recognition," said Dr. Rodney Rogers, dean of the College of Business Administration. "The BusinessWeek ranking is probably the most comprehensive ranking of undergraduate business programs in the nation. Great programs are a result of great students and great faculty. We are proud to be one of those great programs."
