BGSU Learning Commons

I realize this is somewhat self promotion, and the vast majority of us are not students, but the BGSU Learning Commons, where I work as the Math & Stats Coordinator, will be having a grand opening on Wednesday, September 7, from 2:00-4:00 to reveal the new space in the Jerome Library (1st floor). The message sent to the campus community through campus update was the following:
"The University community is invited to an open house and to tour the new spaces at the library. Remarks by President Mary Ellen Mazey at 2:30 p.m."
There is a new cafe on the first floor and some new study spaces upstairs that will be revealed at this time. If you have the time and feel like stopping by, I encourage you to check out our new location and, if nothing else, stop by and say hi. I have only met Grant, and that was when he was working with BGSU ITS.
**edit** I have also met some of you when we went on that golf outing to that golf course up north of Haskins. However, the invitation remains the same. Feel free to stop by and say hi, and enjoy a tour of the new facilities!
