Grrr!

[BEGIN VENT]

Calling my beloved alma mater is almost invariably always a tremendous PITA

I hope I can get through before the Temple game!

OK. That's enough for now.

My phone hasn't rang all day and it's open right now.

Second cup of afternoon coffee ... things are all better now.

Transfer: Thanks for the offer!

BTW, methinks the folks at the ticket office need a quick refresher on answering calls. Picking up the office phone with "Hullo?" doesn't come across well.

Don't get me started about the ticket office staff... We had this thread going last year... it wasn't pretty.

The University gets what it pays for when you have students working the ticket office.

(Oh did I say pay for?, most students don't get paid when working in the ticket office it's mostly volunteers/practicum students)

Does that mean that students can't have some sort of professionalism while working in the office? It shouldn't but if there is no incentive except for "experience" most students now could care less about professionalism.

It is something that Scot Bressler should certainly address to his workers.

It's mostly athletes that work in the ticket office to make money for their respective teams.
