This tops my list so far...

In my Intro to Management class today, my professor was trying to explain adapting to certain situations today and says, "I have balls and will feed them to you." The whole class busted up and then he started throwing tennis balls and volleyballs at everyone trying to get us to adapt to catching and throwing each ball. When wondering where he was going with this, he finally had us stopped and asked what we would think if we were to have just walked into the classroom? And that it may look like a mess when you walk in with all the balls flying, but that we are adapting to the environment and learning to react to different situations. This is the same class that we got to build stuff with Tinker Toys in last week so none of this suprised me.

At the last college I worked at, the campus newspaper published the list of hardest profs. Of course, they had it available for incoming students when they came in for registration in late August.

That years toughest prof was an English instructor that had four freshmen composition classes. He walked in the class with the campus newspaper, introduced himself, and read the article to the class.

Then he told the class not to believe a single thing the newspaper wrote about him...he was even harder than they said.

And a Religion instructor at that same college is rumored to tell students on the first day of class that "...even Jesus Christ, Himself, would have trouble earning an A in my class."

"Don't think I'm trying to talk you guys into becoming political science majors. I would never wish that on anyone - having to explain to your parents what you'll do with that degree." -Dr. Jackson
