Is there an intentional delay in sending PM's? I've had a PM sitting in my Outbox for a couple hours. Grant, should you call the guys in Houston and have them kick the rack or something?
It stays in your outbox until the other party picks it up.

Doesn't it have to be "sent" (be in my 'sent box') for the other party to get it?
