This is from the company that hosts ay-ziggy-zoomba.com I know I'm seeing issues today...

Network problem at intermediate ISP
We have information from our datacentre (Gnax at Atlanta) that there is currently a maintenance going on at an intermediate ISP TeliaSonera. TeliaSonera has experienced a fiber cut in Cleveland, Ohio which seems to be impacting some Telia peering, repairs are in progress. Gnax cannot control the inbound routes. Anyone routing to our servers via Telia might see packet loss/slowdowns to their websites until the maintenance is over at Telia.

Looks like some dumbass copper thieves don't realize that fiber optic cable doesn't contain copper.

OMG, that's HILLARIOUS!!!
Near Euclid Avenue and East 65th Street, someone apparently used a chain saw Sunday afternoon to cut through a high-capacity Internet trunk line, part of the backbone of the Internet. Although the thieves may have been seeking copper, there is no copper in fiber-optic cable.
