I'm going to be taking the site offline tonight for a while so that I can test some things as far as database conversion from phpBB2 -> phpBB3... The short test I ran a few minutes ago was promising, but it'll take an hour or two to complete the process on the entire database (>300MB which is pretty big for a MySQL database) I didn't want to leave the site down for that long during the day, so I plan to give it a go this evening.
I'll probably take it down tonight somewhere around 9PM Eastern time...
