Oh, believe me, my hosting company caught HELL for this. I am all paid up.
They made a mistake, they admitted the mistake, and we're moving on.
I lost a LONG article I'd written regarding this years' basketball team because of this. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....
