We're up 3 in spite of nothing from Samarco and the usual foul trouble and turnovers. Lefeld and Dusan seem to be playing pretty well. Absolutely horrid shooting percentages for both teams. We need this win for some confidence.

27-22 at the half. Not bad, although the buzzer beating three might have made the halftime score a bit nicer. All around, though, good half for the boys.

I agree, now we've got to finish the game with a strong second half! Go BG!!!

Up 27-22 at the half after Troy had a guy bank in a 3 at the horn. It's been painful to listen to at times, but I'll take it.

I think Dusan has hit 2 threes. Lefeld had 6 or 8 early on and not much at the end of the half. Marschall has been mentioned quite a bit, but I think he only has 2 or 3. Nothing out of Wright or Samarco. Floyd hit a 3 and Moon made his 2 FTs.

Moten was in early for a couple minutes. I don't think he even took a shot.

Patrick Phillips for BG was in and scored a bucket. No action for Patrick Phillips of Troy as of yet.

The guys doing the Troy broadcast seem extremely complementary of BG. They seem to be especially impressed with our D, which is nice to hear. What really surprised me was to hear them say at the half that they thought BG would dominate the boards due to our size/physicality advantages? Is Troy really that small or were these guys just mistaken?

Anyhow, 42-33 with 11 to go sounds pretty good. We seem to be eating up a lot of clock on offense, too.

Todd commeted at the beginning that they are a very small team as well. Apparently they get outrebounded pretty bad on the season. Marschall was having his way on the boards earlier from the sounds of it.

Hopefully the guys can hold on...they've played a pretty good game to this point, we could use the win.

Two big second half threes from Steven Wright and we're up 12 now. Another good 7 minutes of defense and we'll have another win.

Never would have expected this lead with Samarco giving us no scoring.
