For his career, Bob Dobek (Bryan's dad) averaged 2.1 points per game. The next closest in BG history (McPhee) is almost 4/10 of a goal off that pace.

Dobey was a hell of a player, and looks like he could still skate a pretty good game today. That said, you need to remember that during those years we played a lot of games against lower level competition. The 'established' D1 conferences didn't have time to mess with us, and we ran up some pretty ugly scores against SUNY-Buffalo and the likes.
