Whoa! When's the last time we had 32 fouls against us in AA? Ever?

Official stats say CMU went over 13:00 without a FG...from 1:42 left in the first until 8:03 in the second half. They shot only 26% and had 28 TOs. Ouch.

Everything above is right. Disappointed in the fouls, but glad to get a victory. CMU is a really weak team....

After the Oakland game, I thought we were the worst team in the MAC. I stand corrected. Central is horrendous. Since I took my two boys to the game, I kept looking around for the people from Children's Services to show up and take me away for child abuse for making them watch that game.

We won and that is great. I'll take a win any time. But boy do the Chips stink. 28 turnovers and 4 assists. That's a bad ratio. Their PG had 6 TO's and 0 assists. Speaking of PGs and TOs, I see where Floyd was only credited with 1. I know he threw the ball away twice in the first four minutes before sitting with two fouls. Don't know how they keep the stats, but it is quite possible that CMU actually had something closer to 40 TOs

They have like four guys from Canada---what a basketball power there. And that kid from Port Clinton fell down running down the court.

I hope we are playing decent D and its not just the competition.

Their PG had 8 rebounds and 0 shots to go along with the assist:turnover in 31 minutes of action. Very odd stat line. I'm sure several posters would love to see the 0 shots from one our point guards.

That was one of the worst games ever played at AA. Credit to the guys for gutting out a big win, but we didn't play well. J-Flo continues to be an embarrassment to the game, and yet he starts for us. I asked Grant & Andrew how long before he gets his first foul...they both guessed around the 18:54 mark. WRONG! Try 19:44...that's impressive even for him. Like Warthog said, I just laughed when I saw the stat sheet and he was only credited with 1 TO.

The big guy for the Chips is the slowest human being to ever play D1A college hoops. Seriously he makes LeFeld look like Ted Ginn. I didn't know you could be 7'1 and be that awful in the MAC...I'm impressed by his sucktitude.

We got killed on the boards last night, though. Plus we couldn't shoot free throws. However, our defense was pretty good, even though a lot of that was the crappiness of the opposition. We also did a good job getting some shots and not depending on Semarco jacking up 3's.

I'll take the win, but we still have a lot of work to do to be consistently competitive in the MAC.

I wasn't at last night's game, but I can't imagine that the kid could be much worse than John Edwards at a young age.

The best thing about the game was hearing Run-DMC "It's Tricky" instead of some horrible 90's or current crap song. If you're going to play crap, at least they made it good crap. Plus, it really got the dance team jiggling.

He is every bit as bad as Edwards...except this kid is a Junior.

basketballcontact was watching the game with us and he said that in HS his team held the kid to only 2 points, and did so without anyone over 6'3 on their roster.

I don't think he could dunk if you gave him a ladder.

According to this roster, CMU has no seniors and just two juniors on the team. If I was a CMU fan, I would like to think that that meant they had some good young players and in a couple of years they would be awesome. Unfortunately for them, I did not see one player out there that even showed any glimmer of hope for the future. They are, quite simply, awful.

Canadian born Bill Wennington may have been one of the top five centers to ever play, but I don't believe he invented the game. That distinction belongs to Curly Neal.

I thought it was Steve Nash.
