Then perhaps she should eat a cheerleader - one of them big dudes.

I thought the tattoo in the middle of the back of the one dance team member was neat!

...I bet there are a lot of posters on this forum who could stand to lose a few pounds...
True, but they're not the ones out there shaking it for the men-folk.

Fair enough, so it is still pronounced like I spelled it out as in the word REAL (two sylables) plus the word TEA (one sylable).

Not how it is pronounced on commercials and at Anderson Arena as Real-uh-tea.

Does your friend let you go through all the secret passages in his house?

"Glad someone else commented first. But some of those girls could stand to lose a few pounds. And a visit to the tanning both once in a while wouldn't hurt either."

_______________________________________________________________

First off, the dance team uniforms were a very old version. Some of the girls had lef their regular uniforms in their residence halls. The halls are shut down, so they could not get in. Therefore, the dance team had to wear the older uniforms because we had enough of those around for everyone to wear.

Second, it is the middle winter in Bowling Green, Ohio. Not really conducive to getting a tan, and I bet there are a lot of posters on this forum who could stand to lose a few pounds, particularly after the holiday season!

I can see a critique of the dance routine or the uniforms, but to suggest they need to change their appearence or drop a few pounds is a just a bit much in my opinion. They are wonderful girls, and they all love BGSU!

GO FALCONS!
I wasn't trying to be mean or anything. And I applaud their efforts in trying to make the games more entertaining. Last night's game sure needed some help.

Perhaps I should have said that the uniforms were not very flattering. I am sure that if I saw most of them in another setting, they would look fine. But those low rise pants and short little tops that expose three feet of the midsection make it hard for anybody to look good.

As far as losing a few pounds, I certainly could stand to do that. That's why I joined the Community Center a few weeks ago.

What's that?? Well, SURE I can provide photographic evidence to back you up! ;-)

I don't really know what the big deal behind dance teams are. Are they cheerleaders or what?

Only in the MAC will refs yell back at you...I thought that was hilarious though.

There's one thing I noticed you left out of your game review though! You forgot to mention the 2500 people who left before halftime. Anyone who showed up after halftime probably shouldn't complain about attendance anytime soon.

Pet Peeve touched on. I'm pretty vocal about my complaints and I don't expect anyone else to be any different. But if you're going to chastise the BG fan community for not supporting teams with poor attendance numbers you damn well better be there while they're still taking tickets and counting the attendance.

Ok--"ree-uhl-tee," or "ree-uhl-tor" (or-tur).

I haven't heard the ads as I stay as far away from AA and BG as I can, but people mispronouncing it as "reel-tur" is one of MY little peeves. That and the way Webster throws hissy fits when the cameras are off.
I just happened to be browsing the board reading the MAC hoops posts.

Not my problem. I don't care how anyone spends their money, that's not for me to get into. I don't like it when people bitch and moan about the attendance, in an oftentimes abrasive manner, then wait till halftime to show up so they can get in free.

San Diego, I love the Wedding Crashers reference. That movie has moved to the top of my list.
